Shipping

• We deliver worldwide. Orders in South Africa are delivered by The Courier Guy.
• South Africa: a flat R75, or free on orders over R700.
• International: a flat R310.
• Your order is packed within 1 working day.
• Delivery in South Africa takes 1 to 3 working days and may differ depending on your location. International delivery times vary by country.
• You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns

• Changed your mind? You can return unworn pieces in their original packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
• For hygiene reasons earrings can't be returned unless they arrive faulty.
• Return shipping is free within South Africa. International customers cover the cost of return shipping.
• Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you within 5 to 7 working days.

Faulty or damaged?

If something isn't right when your order arrives, email zoevannniekerk@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we'll sort it out.
